About Me

"We are simple people"...at least that is what my husband keeps telling me. My friends and family don't really consider me a "simple" person. I am just a middle school science teacher who lives in Texas. My husband and I met on match.com in January of 2005 and were married in June of 2006. He is an athletic trainer and teaches high school health. Obviously we are a sports family...not that we have any aptitude to actually play sports...but we watch them...all except hockey and soccer.

This blog is my baby. I started blogging a couple of years ago on a different site but I wanted more features so I switched to typepad. I felt like our marriage was a good time to start fresh...so here I am.

My goal is to one day get Nathan to blog...it is a goal...but not a reasonable goal. Maybe my goal should be for him to just read my posts! :)

My other blog was called Mundane News...I don't really write there anymore as I don't have the time to keep up two blogs. Most of my posts here will be about silly, mundane, parts of life...but for some reason people liked my other blog...so maybe they will read this one.
