Today I was supposed to work out with a trainer. That was the plan. It was written down in the special workout book I received when I signed up for a trainer. I got their 7 minutes early (they request 5) to be on the safe side.
I waited.
And I waited some more.
Finally the guy who was supposed to be my trainer showed up....to train someone else. It was written down that I was supposed to train at 6:00pm...in my book...but not in the computer.
It wasn't his fault. He wasn't the one who scheduled me. I can blame that on a different trainer from Friday. To say that I was disappointed is a vastly large understatement. It ruined my whole workout. We still did cardio. I just wanted to go home. I was so excited about starting my weight training plan today. Now it is put off for another day.
I don't like setbacks.
At least I still did my cardio...even if I didn't really feel like it.
You have never had patience for being made to get off your planned schedule! But you stuck it out and made the most of it. Good for you. Keep at it!
