Welcome

I am determined to change my life.  Basically it comes down to this...

I am tired of being fat.

I am tired of being unhealthy.

I am tired of feeling bad about myself.

So Tuesday, June 5th we joined LA Fitness.  Friday, June 8th was my fitness evaluation.  Today, Saturday, June 9th my legs hate me.

This blog is really just going to be a sub-blog of The Small Moments.  It is in this sub-blog where I am going to record my journey...the good and the bad.  In this sub-blog I am going to be completely honest.  I am going to post my success and my failures.  Let's just hope that my successes out number my failures!  :)

I am sure that many of my posts will be incredibly boring.  I am going to record my journey.  The big moments will appear on this sub-blog and on my main blog.  If you are reading this blog then you are a very dedicated reader and/or friend.  But mostly this blog is for me.  I want to record my journey so that I can always look back and see how far I have come.  And on days when I am feeling discouraged I will be able to go back and see my progress and boost myself up.

If you are following along with my journey please feel free to leave lots of encouragement.  I am sure that there will be many days when I will be able to use that encouragement!  :)
